Leverage and move applications located on real infrastructure to the AWS platform.
Entering data to and from AWS.
Choose the right AWS service based on storage, compute power, database, or security needs.
Define the appropriate use of AWS best practices (where it is best practice).
Estimate expenses for AWS services and define mechanisms to control expenses.
It is estimated that at least one year of experience in the field is necessary for the candidate to be ready for certification.

The certification exam consists of 55 multiple-choice questions and answers and lasts 80 minutes.

Basic requirements
Linux and other operating systems
You don’t have to be an expert in any of the operating systems, but you will need to know how to access and manage Peer Instances of EC2 (via Remote Desktop Protocol, RDP on Windows, or Shell on Linux) from the command line. Knowing the basics of virtualization is also helpful.

It is necessary that the candidate has a good knowledge of the concepts of TCP / IP networking, IP addresses and unconventional routing between domains (CIDR, Classless Inter-Domain Routing). Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of configuring and working on virtual private clouds, VPCs on AWS. It is also useful to know about network routing tables, access control lists, firewalls, and protocols such as NAT, HTTP, and DNS.

Confidence and security
The candidate should know how AWS access control regulations, security groups, and identity and access management work. They should also understand how best practices for a fault-resistant, high-availability design, and disaster recovery tips work. The candidate’s security experience should include the use of public key encryption, SSH connectivity, access credits and X.509 certificates.

Storage and databases
Using AWS EBS and S3 services requires an understanding of the fundamentals of an operating system’s file system. The candidate should also have knowledge of relational database management systems (such as Oracel, MySQL and SQL Server) and an understanding of NoSQL databases.

Enterprise systems architecture and software lifecycle
This means that the candidate should be familiar with Stateless and Loose coupling systems, web servers (Apache, Nginx, and IIS), caching, web servers and load balancers as well as queue, REST, XML and JSON web services. It is also assumed that you have a good knowledge of ways to interact with the AWS platform (Command Line Interface, AWS API, AWS Software Package, and AWS CloudFormation) and the software lifecycle.

Experience and resources
Amazon recommends that the candidate have at least one year of work experience on the AWS platform before advancing to the AWS Solutions Architect Associate level certification. The exam work plan provided by Amazon lists all of the items you should focus on before applying. A targeted exam month is a reasonable time to prepare for the exam.

Disclaimer: Do not look for questions that leaked from the test. Before taking the exam, all candidates agree to the certification conditions which prohibit the posting of questions; Additionally, many of the question sets available online are misleading or completely bogus. It’s good if you get a real assessment of your proficiency level; This is what only actual test results give. AWS expert-prepared exam questions are intended to test a candidate’s actual level and do not contain trick questions.
